1 lb boneless chicken breast thinly sliced, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp sesame oil.

3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp hoisin, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp black pepper.

4 minced garlic cloves, 1 cup shredded carrots, 1 cup sliced bell pepper, 1 cup cabbage, ½ cup green onions.

Toss Noodle Mixture

Boil lo mein noodles until tender, drain and toss with 1 tbsp oil. Thinly slice chicken and toss with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry seasoned chicken 4–5 minutes until browned, then remove. Sauté minced garlic briefly.

Add shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, and cabbage to the pan. Sauté over high heat for 2–3 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.

Return chicken and noodles to wok. Pour in stir-fry sauce mixture and toss over high heat for 2–3 minutes. Finish with green onions.
