🌾 200g flour
150g sugar
🥚 2 eggs
🧈 120g butter
🫐 150g blueberries
🍋 Lemon zest and juice
Baking powder
🥛 Milk
Vanilla
👩🍳 STEPS
Step 1: Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs.
Step 2: Fold in flour, baking powder, lemon zest and milk.
Step 3: Fold in blueberries gently.
Step 4: Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes until golden and a skewer comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
